First Food and Health Week launched

Yesterday, Vicente Domingo, Commissioner of València, world capital of sustainable food and Maite Girau Mélia, City Councillor for Health, Healthcare and Sports, officially opened the First Food and Health Week in València. Each day of this week is dedicated to a disease or a different social group taking into account their views as patients and offering solutions on how to improve their condition. In this sense, the objective of the week is to discuss with the associations of affected people and professionals how to make their nutrition healthy, accessible, equitable, safe and economically affordable.
